Santa Cruz, CA - New York, NY: 4175 Mi.

Give or take a few. I rode into Manhattan this morning over the George Washington Bridge and rode down the bike path on the west side to Battery Park. After lunch I will ride back into Brooklyn over the Williamsburg bridge.

W O W, Pat! You got a lotta nerve riding in N.Y. traffic. Just one question: Why not the Brooklyn Bridge, Dude? As I recall there's a pedestrian/bikeway on the top deck of that one. So what are you planning for August? Perhaps you heard your Auntie Kei slipped and fell on Ocean avenue while preparing to get on the K Car. She broke her arm in two places and is pretty banged up but otherwise, seemingly o.k. She could use a little T.L.C. right about now, which I think she's getting from Dan and Theresa. Anyway, happy trails and be in touch.
